  • Lead community outreach and engagement

    • Recruit new volunteers and retain existing volunteers

    • Communicate with volunteers about chapter activities, events, and opportunities

    • Develop strategies to involve volunteers in chapter activities

    • Address volunteer concerns and provide represent community voices back to the leadership team

    • Lead Community Experience Committee

  • Lead logistics and operations

    • Maintain official documents, such as bylaws, policies, and membership records.

    • Assist with meeting logistics and scheduling for events and chapter meetings

    • Record chapter meeting minutes
